Cory McMahan, Founder and Owner

Hi there! My name is Cory, and I am the owner of Caldera Custom Contracting based in Bend, OR. How did I get here?

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, it was obvious at the beginning I was going to be an enthusiast for the outdoors. Wanting to live closer to the mountains but maintain my Oregonian status, my wife and I moved to Bend in 2017. The journey was everything we both expected and more. With mutual passion in wildlife and nature, we finally found the perfect place to explore our dreams. Little did we know that shortly after the move, we would welcome our first born, Kinsley Ann. This extraordinary news prompted my mother and brother to purchase a one-way ticket to what we all now call home.

In between the chaos of raising a family and helping friends with home projects, I decided it was time to continue my family’s legacy and start my own contracting business. My great grandfather and the generations after all found passion in helping others bring their visions to life. My grandfather and Uncle showed me that with hard work and dedication, anything is possible. Soon it was time to gather the troops and now with long-time friends invested, Caldera Custom Contracting is a reality. It has always been my goal to provide the community with a business that takes pride and accountability in their work. The support received continues my inspiration to work hard every day.
